  Sapporo  New Chitose JR runs to Sapporo. Stations have lift with staff. Two big step on door of train.
It is easy to use airport train on wheelchair, but not perfect.  
  Nagoya Chubu airport Meitetsu line to Nagoya station. Major stations are full accessible. 
Ship to Mie is also wheelchair friendly. No problem.
  Osaka Itami  airport Monorail is full accessible. No step between train and platform. 3 min to Hankyu.
Hankyu line is also full accessible. 20 min to Umeda ( Central Osaka ).
Limousine bus is popular, but all buses with stairs on door.
  Fukuoka Fukuoka airport Full accessible subway runs to airport. Just 10 min from Hakata ( Central Fukuoka ).
This big airport but very closed to city central.
  Okinawa Naha airport Full accessible monorail runs to airport directly. No problem.
Rental car is popular for tourist. Taxi price is cheap in Okinawa. 

 
Airports are very wheelchair friendly, but its access are problem. Sometime no accessible public transportation.
